About the Role
Position: Full-time / Employee

You will be overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, posting, and reconciliation, in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant accounting standards. You possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of effectively managing a high-volume accounts receivable function.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, posting, and reconciliation, in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts, proactively address issues, and develop strategies for effective collections.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Support, and other relevant departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis of accounts receivable metrics, presenting findings to senior management for decision-making purposes.
  • Collaborate with the GL / reporting team to support month-end and year-end closing processes, providing accurate and timely accounts receivable data as required.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall financial operations and customer satisfaction.

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management or related roles, with a track record of successful leadership and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices related to accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, ERPs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and implementing change.

Good to have:

  • Prior work experience in telecommunications
  • Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies and services
