About the Role

We are currently looking for a full-time User Retention Manager, User Experience to join our Airalo Growth department. Being one of the members of a lean central team, you will have an opportunity to impact the overall growth of the organization. As an equal member of our team, you will also have employee stock options as part of your role.
You will take the responsibility for our Lifecycle (activation, retention & referral) growth initiatives. The User Experience team provides leadership, shares best practices, research, support, and training to drive excellence and standardization across the organization. This is a region-agnostic role, supporting Regional Retention Managers by being their main contact in the administration of our MarTech platforms, support in the building and executing of campaigns, facilitating accurate and actionable marketing data, reporting and insights, and building internal marketing dashboards, products and processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Fulfilling the quarterly strategy by owning tactics, campaigns, initiatives, and improving automation to drive experiments for activation, retention & referral
  • Being creative and always thinking about unusual ways to grow and reach our OKRs
  • Increasing the number of returning users and revenue from existing users on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Doing data analysis, user segmentation, and reporting
  • Taking part in the whole growth experimentation cycle - from ideation through implementation and analysis
  • Constantly learning new ways to utilize our tools of choice (e.g. CleverTap, MailerLite)
  • Working closely with our Engineers and Creative Designers to elevate communications
  • Working closely with our Product and Support teams to gather insights from our users and suggest improvements

Must-haves:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing (with a heavy focus on data & statistics or MarOps functions)
  • Proven track record of successful CRM campaign management (e.g. creating user segments, leadership and best practices, training of MarTech platforms, etc.)
  • Experience with CleverTap (or similar tools like Braze, Customer.io, etc)
  • Manage vendor relations, ensuring strategic alignment within budgetary constraints.
  • Experience creating audience segmentation, visual reports, and ad hoc analysis
  • Heavy experience in data analysis and technical languages (e.g. SQL, HTML, CSS, etc.)
  • Heavy experience in mobile analytics on different platforms (e.g. GA4, Firebase, Adjust)
  • Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English

Good to have:

  • Prior experience and training in neuromarketing
  • Prior experience in mobile app marketing
  • Certificates and courses in data & analytics, digital marketing and research methods
  • Prior work experience in telecommunications or travel industry
  • Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA related technologies and services
