We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Operations lead our efforts in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our Operations, Finance, Legal, Networks, People, and Strategy teams in Europe, North America, and APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within a startup environment, and possess a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities this setting presents. You will be instrumental in building a robust talent pipeline, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the needs of the following departments: Operations, Finance, Legal, Networks, People, and Strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand resourcing needs and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referral programs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with company culture and role requirements.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding in all target regions (Europe, North America, and APAC).
  • Communicating effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Enhancing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Creating compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials that reflect the company’s values and culture.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-tech roles within a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions within the operations domain across Europe, North America, and APAC.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Good to have:

  • Experience in the traveltech and/or telco industry
  • Additional written/spoken languages
