About the Role

As a Content Designer working solely in our Partner Experience division (PX), you’ll also be a part of our Product Design Guild and will work to improve each step of our users’ experience across our B2B products. You’ll use your expert copy and content skills to deliver clear content hierarchies, interface language, and product education materials.
You’ll play a key role in defining product content strategy, collaborating with Product, Design, Brand, Growth, and Support teams to ensure an aligned approach to content across channels. You’ll be a voice of the user and have a deep understanding of our partners’ needs, utilizing quantitative and qualitative research to inform your decision making.
You’ll regularly review and edit product content to ensure it serves our users’ needs. You’ll contribute to defining the tone of voice and style for Airalo’s B2B products, including the maintenance of living documents such as guidelines and glossaries. You’ll always keep a global audience in mind, working closely with our localization manager to scale the impact of your work to our partners across the globe.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver clear, concise product copy for Airalo’s B2B products.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to implement user-centric content decisions.
  • Drive B2B product content strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders in Design, Research, Product, Engineering, Brand, Growth, and Support.
  • Support in defining our product copy style guide, tone of voice, and glossary.
  • Manage translations in collaboration with localization managers.
  • Iterate on content and copy based on both qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
  • Create efficient content workflow from brief to delivery.
  • Demonstrate the impact of considered, consistent content to greater the Airalo team.
  • Ability to work proactively, autonomously, and remotely.
  • Quickly become a subject matter expert across Airalo’s product suite.

Must-haves:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years or similar of dedicated experience writing or editing content for web and mobile applications.
  • Prior experience working in a tech/startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is Airalo’s working language, American English is our source language for content).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams and deadlines.
  • A portfolio of work and collection case studies that show a range of content you’ve created — such as interaction flows, emails, product tours, educational materials, and style guides (A link to your online portfolio, or a PDF, is required. Applications without it are unlikely to be considered).

Good-to-have:

  • Experience working on at least two substantial product cycles, from inception to delivery.
  • Prior work experience in telecommunications.
  • Prior work experience working on B2B/SaaS products.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working with Figma.
