We are seeking a Sales Engineer to play a critical role in supporting prospective clients during pilot onboarding, with a primary focus on data integration, validation, and activation. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, partnering closely with Account Executives to ensure technical confidence, fast time-to-value, and a seamless pilot experience that converts into long-term customers. You will be the technical face of Angler AI during the sales and pilot phase — translating complex data workflows into clear, actionable guidance for marketing, analytics, and engineering stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-paced startup environment, where your work will directly influence product roadmap, customer outcomes, and revenue growth. This position reports directly to the CRO, with a dotted line to the CTO.

About Angler AI Inc.

Angler AI introduces the world’s first Predictive Conversion API, specifically engineered to address the challenges of today’s privacy-first digital landscape. Our solution is designed to optimize the performance of walled garden platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, with Angler’s Predictive CAPI and Predictive Audience tools enhancing ad auction training. This technology enables brands to achieve, on average, a 32% improvement in paid marketing performance, even within a privacy-focused environment. Angler AI combines zero-party and first-party data from brands with our proprietary dataset, featuring over 4000 purchase, demographic, and interest attributes. Using a flexible deep neural network, we construct comprehensive predicted profiles for each visitor and customer. This enriched data, sent to walled gardens through a server-side integration, enhances ad auction performance and empowers marketers to scale beyond just targeting in-market buyers. Understanding that every business is unique with diverse marketing goals, Angler’s Predictive CAPI is fully configurable. Our solution allows auctions to be trained differently depending on the specific outcomes brands want to achieve, ensuring personalized and effective results tailored to each campaign objective.
