<h3><strong>ADMINITRATIVE ASSISTANT</strong></h3> <p><br><strong><br></strong></p> <p>Baobab Studios is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join the 9x Emmy Award winning, leading interactive animation studio! This role will directly support studio executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. We are also looking for candidates that thrive in highly dynamic and deadline-driven start-up environments. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li><p> Maintains Executives day-to-day calendar requiring ongoing upkeep. This includes, scheduling meetings and events, managing daily access and availability, and noting all event and reminder follow-ups.</p></li> <li><p>Handle all international & domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, etc. and generates travel itinerary.</p></li> <li><p>Maintains meeting requests and pro-actively proposes and confirms available dates/times for review.</p></li> <li><p>Liaise between departments </p></li> <li><p>Will be given daily/weekly administrative tasks on an ongoing basis</p></li> <li><p>Keeps the office supplied, gets mail, and orchestrates package delivery. Assists with projects as needed.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Experience and interest in animation, or interactive entertainment</p></li> <li><p>Positive energy, highly motivated, and superior interpersonal skills</p></li> <li><p>Ability to adapt, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment</p></li> <li><p>Capacity to take initiative, resolve problems, and maintain professionalism under pressure</p></li> <li><p>Willingness to take direction and desire to anticipate needs</p></li> <li><p>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-thru skills</p></li> <li><p>Both a strong team player and an independent worker</p></li> <li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li> <li><p>Bachelor's degree preferred</p></li> </ul>
