We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growing retail operations in the US. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process for store-level and retail leadership roles, partnering closely with our HR and Retail teams to build a high-performing frontline workforce.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail positions including store associates, supervisors, and store management roles
- Source and attract candidates through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and community outreach
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with both role requirements and Cider's culture
- Partner with retail managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and deliver a smooth, efficient hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up
- Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact through the offer stage
- Track key recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress regularly
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Cider's presence in the retail talent market
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on retail, hospitality, or high-volume hourly hiring
- Hands-on experience with job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you can build relationships quickly and keep candidates engaged
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with an ATS and basic recruiting data/reporting
- Based in Los Angeles or able to work in the LA area
