Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Global Talent Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the LA office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documentation.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and communication with participants.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
Special Projects:
- Contribute to special projects (employer branding, campus recruitment, etc.) and initiatives as assigned, including research and data analysis.
- Provide support for team meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passionate about HR career and the fashion industry.
- Fully committed to the internship and available for at least 30 hours per week.
