Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Global Talent Recruitment:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the LA office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documentation.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and communication with participants.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.

Special Projects:

  • Contribute to special projects (employer branding, campus recruitment, etc.) and initiatives as assigned, including research and data analysis.
  • Provide support for team meetings and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
  • Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passionate about HR career and the fashion industry.
  • Fully committed to the internship and available for at least 30 hours per week.
