About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Flagship General Manager to lead our most high-profile retail location in California. You'll be the face of the brand in store — owning the full customer experience, driving commercial performance, and building a team that lives and breathes our culture.

What You'll Do

• Own the store's P&L, driving revenue, managing costs, and hitting KPIs across sales, conversion, and UPT
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team including Floor Leaders and department leads
• Set the tone for customer experience — ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's energy and standards
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to execute floorsets and maintain presentation standards
• Collaborate with HQ teams (HR, Buying, Operations) to align on strategy and execution
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development pipelines within the store
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, loss prevention protocols, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years managing a flagship or high-volume location
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building strong teams
• Strong commercial acumen — you understand the numbers and know how to move them
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Experience working in a fast-paced, trend-driven retail or fashion environment preferred
• Knowledge of California labor law is a plus
