Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across APP, website, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Kakao, etc.) for the Korean market
- Support campaign setup, including product selection, landing page coordination, and visual alignment
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign launches
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign analysis reports
Digital Operations & E-commerce Support
- Support daily operations of APP and website, including product uploads, content updates, and homepage/banner refreshes
- Assist in optimizing product exposure through categorization, ranking, and merchandising placements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of localized content for the Korean market (language, pricing, visuals, and cultural relevance)
- Support promotional activities, including campaign setup, discount configuration, and on-site execution
Content & Localization
- Assist in developing localized marketing content aligned with Korean consumer preferences and fashion trends
- Support product storytelling, styling direction, and campaign themes tailored to the Korean audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on Korean fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the digital marketing landscape
- Monitor competitor strategies, campaigns, and product positioning in the Korean market
- Track social media trends and K-fashion influencers to generate actionable insights
Data Tracking & Analysis
- Track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and user engagement
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports and identifying areas for optimization
- Support basic data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, E-commerce, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and the fashion industry · Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English & Korean
