Responsibilities:
1. Marketing
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to support brand awareness and business growth in the Korean market.
- Assist in planning the marketing calendar based on local trends, seasonal campaigns, and business priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular market and competitor updates.
2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Kakao, and other paid media platforms.
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to maximize marketing efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.
3. E-commerce & Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Korean e-commerce business, including product launches, promotional setup, merchandising, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate homepage updates, product categorization, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize sales performance.
- Support marketplace operations (e.g. Zigzag and other local platforms) including campaign planning, product exposure, and operational execution. Monitor key e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, UPT, and sales performance.
4. Social Media & Community
- Manage local social media channels and support content planning across different platforms.
- Keep up with local fashion, lifestyle, and social trends to identify marketing opportunities.
- Support community engagement and help strengthen Cider's brand presence in the Korean market.
5. Other Ad-hoc Projects & Tasks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support cross-functional projects and other business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of working experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Previous experience in performance marketing and e-commerce operation
- Strong understanding of the Korean market and consumer trends.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Passion for fashion with a strong sense of trends and aesthetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Fashion, or a related field.
- Native Korean and business-level English are required. Basic Chinese is a plus.
