AgTech Support Coordinator
Cattle Care
About Us
We’re an AI software-as-a-service company providing IP camera systems for dairy farms. Our monitoring solutions enhance operational visibility and efficiency through intelligent technology.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an AgTech Support Coordinator to provide administrative support and remote technical troubleshooting for our technical operations team. This role blends administrative excellence with hands-on technical problem-solving, supporting our field technicians and remote specialists who install and maintain IP camera systems on dairy farms.
You’ll serve as the communication link between our technical team and dairy farm personnel, managing tickets, coordinating services via outbound calls, and troubleshooting remotely. This requires analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, not template-based responses. Familiarity with dairy operations is a plus and accelerates onboarding.

- Problem analysis: Critically analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions independently
- System monitoring: Proactively monitor IP camera system performance and investigate connectivity issues across farm installations
- Technical documentation: Create detailed troubleshooting guides, document solutions, and maintain records of equipment and network configurations
Administrative Excellence
- Project coordination: Track installation timelines, equipment deliveries, and maintenance schedules
- Data management: Organize client information, technical specifications, and service records across multiple platforms
- Process improvement: Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures for our growing operations
