Due diligence is still run on spreadsheets, PDFs and late nights. Dobs.AI is changing that with an end-to-end AI platform for financial due diligence. Our enterprise workstream is already live, and we're looking for a hands-on deployment lead to own it from week one.
Role purpose:
Own our enterprise client deployments: sit with client teams, understand how they work, turn that into structured specifications our build team can ship, and get the client using Dobs on live engagements.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise client teams on the current workstream
- Run discovery: map client workflows, report templates, and pain points
- Translate business needs into structured specifications: requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, priority
- Configure and deploy AI workflows for clients and get them running on real engagements
- Track adoption and usage; turn client feedback into backlog items
- Work daily with the engineering team: unblock, test, sign off on releases
- Run client training sessions and demos
What success looks like in the first 6 to 12 months:
- The client runs Dobs on live engagements with minimal hand-holding from our team
- Specifications are clear enough that engineers build without rework
- A repeatable deployment playbook exists for the next enterprise client
- The client's partners see this person as their trusted point of contact
Required experience and skills:
- 3+ years in top-tier management consulting (Associate or Senior Associate level) or equivalent experience in transaction advisory or product roles
- Works standalone: takes an ambiguous problem, structures it, and drives it to an answer without supervision
- Strong client presence with senior stakeholders (partners, Chief Financial Officers)
- Structured writer: turns a messy conversation into a clean specification
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with financial statements
- Heavy, practical user of AI models: has built workflows, prompts, or agents for real work, rather than just asking what to wear tomorrow or how many r's are in "strawberry"
Considered a plus:
- Exposure to finance, accounting, or due diligence
- Some technical depth: SQL, Python, APIs, or no-code automation tools
- Product management or implementation experience in business software
Reporting to:
Head of Product (CEO+1)
Additional context:
- The enterprise workstream is already live, so this person needs to be productive from week one
- The role combines the work of a consultant, a product manager, and a deployment engineer
