We are looking for a proactive Account Executive who is eager to build a career in IT B2B sales and grow into the world of AI-driven automation and digital transformation.

This role is a great fit for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or SDR/BDR roles who want to move into a full-cycle sales position. Prior deep expertise in AI or automation is not required — what matters most is curiosity, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in technology and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets while expanding market presence and customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, including lead generation, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business processes and recommending tailored automation and AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and activity tracking in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure successful deal execution.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and, when relevant, at industry events or conferences.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or technology-focused commercial roles (including SDR/BDR experience with closing exposure).
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and take ownership of revenue-driven results.
  • Strong interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation, with willingness to quickly learn technical concepts.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into solution-oriented sales conversations.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and accountable mindset with a clear focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and handling negotiations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, RPA, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural or international sales contexts.
  • Consulting mindset or experience in solution-oriented / value-based selling.
