Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Deal Execution
- Own inbound opportunities end-to-end, from first response through closing.
- Respond to inbound leads within the SLAs set by the team. Speed matters.
- Qualify leads using structured sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar).
- Run discovery calls, product positioning conversations, live demos, and commercial negotiations independently.
- Close platform licensing deals with direct customers.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting on a weekly cadence.
- Deeply research every meaningful inbound account before the first call: business model, automation maturity, decision-makers, recent signals, and likely pain points.
- Build a documented sales strategy for each qualified opportunity: stakeholders, decision criteria, competition, risks, and a clear path to close.
- Treat every call as a prepared conversation, not an improvisation.
- Maintain CRM (Hubspot) with full discipline: every contact, call, email, next step, and stage change logged accurately and on time.
- Operate inside our defined sales process and frameworks rather than improvising your own.
- Use Claude and other AI tools as part of your daily workflow: account research, call prep, follow-up drafting, competitor analysis, and objection handling.
- Read your own Claude-generated performance dashboard, identify gaps, and adjust without being told.
- Be open to feedback that is data-driven rather than opinion-driven.
- Proven full-cycle sales experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B software, with end-to-end deal ownership.
- Experience working inbound pipelines and converting qualified leads at high quality.
- Strong background or exposure to RPA, AI / Intelligent Automation, automation platforms, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated ability to run live product demos solo, including handling technical questions without a sales engineer.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Comfort and curiosity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a daily workflow.
- Demonstrated resilience: ability to keep performance steady through pressure, rejection, and high accountability.
- Organized, disciplined with CRM, and obsessive about follow-up.
- Fully remote position.
- Full-time Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM EST.
- Competitive compensation aligned with performance (Base + OTE).
- Independent consultant contract for non-US citizens, aimed at long-term collaboration.
