Who we need

We're looking for a strong integration support engineer to join our Tech Support team. Our support engineers troubleshoot live issues across 300+ supplier integrations that directly impact booking operations and B2B service reliability.

Key qualifications

  • Experience in technical support of hotel products is a plus
  • Experience working with logs
  • Experience with monitoring systems
  • Understanding of API principles
  • Knowledge of Postman
  • Conversational English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
