We are looking for a B2A Intern to join our Commercial Team in Istanbul.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates residing in Istanbul.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in re-engaging, onboarding, and supporting existing business partners (travel agencies);
• Monitor partner activity on the platform and analyze key business metrics to identify growth opportunities;
• Support partner-related requests and help improve the overall partner experience;
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices;
• Collaborate with internal team members to support platform development and business growth;
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team;
• Basic analytical abilities and an interest in making data-driven decisions;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies;
• Interest in B2B business models, online platforms, and digital transformation;
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus.
