  • A collaborative team player with the ability to take on challenging requests, adapt parts to meet specific needs, and work closely with internal customers to ensure the right solutions are delivered — while maintaining a respectful and flexible approach in a shared shop environment.
  • Patience and flexibility - the ability to juggle conflicting priorities, the ability to pivot to meet urgent needs, willingness to stay until the job is done when needed
  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
  • Experience programming and operating CNC mill and waterjet to provide coverage when other machine shop staff are away

The typical hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. General Fusion considers many factors when determining total compensation, including job-specific or highly specialized knowledge, skills and experience, proficiency, job location and internal equity.
