Join the dynamic world of our fast-paced startup! As an Account Manager, you’ll be driving account growth, processing orders, and ensuring seamless deliveries. Collaborate with our Procurement team and be a vital part of maintaining our extraordinary 100% growth rate. Your ideas are always welcome and as we expand so will your opportunities with us!

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and elevate customer health, quotes, and orders for your markets
  • Execute impactful account growth strategies and nurture key relationships
  • Close, grow, and cultivate new customer accounts from the start of the sales cycle
  • Process quotes and orders, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service
  • Proactively communicate with customers, addressing concerns pre, mid, or post order
  • Quarterly travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows
  • Tackle any related tasks not listed

What You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Operations or supply chain management experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Bachelor’s or college degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in horticulture, a plus
