Job & Company Overview:
Join the dynamic world of our fast-paced startup! As an Account Executive and a part of the Sales Leadership Program, you’ll learn all the facets that go into quoting and ordering material and cultivate your own book of business from day 1. Collaborate with our Sales, Estimation, and Procurement teams and be a vital part of maintaining our extraordinary 100% growth rate. Your ideas are always welcome and as we expand so will your opportunities with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Rotational training in every department behind Customer Growth Operations
- 3-6 months in Estimating
- 3-6 months in Procurement
- 3-6 months in Logistics
- 3-6 months in Prospecting
- Own your entire book of business from the start of its sales cycle
- Execute impactful account growth strategies and nurture key relationships
- Process quotes and orders, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service
- Proactively communicate with customers, addressing concerns pre, mid, or post order
- Quarterly travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows
- Tackle any related tasks not listed

What You’ll Need:
- 2 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor’s or college degree in a related field a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish/French, a plus
- Co-op / Internships / ICC / extra curriculars, a plus
- Experience working in horticulture, a plus
