About Harri
Harri is the AI-first workforce operating system for hospitality and other frontline, service-driven industries. More than 750 enterprise clients — including Shake Shack, McDonald’s, Jersey Mike’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Radisson Hotel Group — run their people operations on Harri across 70,000+ locations worldwide. We start from one belief: in service businesses, employee experience and customer experience are the same problem — and we build the platform that proves it.
Harri is bringing Engage360 to market: a unified platform for employee listening, feedback, and engagement, combined with competitions, rewards, goals, and recognition — soon expanding into knowledge base and communities. It's a cornerstone of our employee super app strategy: the idea that every tool a frontline worker needs lives in one place.
The Product Manager who built Engage360 has moved on — and with them goes ownership of two more product lines that were never really separate problems: a new Learning Management System currently being designed from scratch, and our Performance Management product. Rather than hire a like-for-like replacement, we're creating one senior product leadership role to own all three as a connected system. This is a build, not a maintain: Engage360 is moving to market fast, and the LMS doesn't exist yet.
- Employee Engagement & Experience (Engage360): Own the roadmap for listening, feedback, recognition, rewards, competitions, and goals, and lead the near-term expansion into knowledge base and communities.
- Learning Management System: Take a product from spec to launch, built to work with engagement and performance data from day one rather than bolted on afterward.
- Performance Management: Own the product connecting goals, feedback, and reviews — the throughline linking engagement and learning together.
- Portfolio strategy: Decide how these three product lines work as one system, not three roadmaps competing for the same engineering time.
- Customer immersion: Work directly with HR and People leaders at enterprise hospitality, restaurant, and retail brands to pressure-test what you're building against how frontline organizations actually run.
- Cross-functional leverage: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship fast and hold the line on priorities when everything feels urgent.
- Team building: Likely first hire and manager for supporting PMs as the portfolio grows.
- 8+ years in product management, including time owning a product area at Director, Group PM, or Head of Product level — or a Senior PM who has clearly outgrown that title.
- Direct experience in HCM or HR tech: employee experience, engagement, recognition and rewards, learning, or performance management software.
- A track record of running more than one product surface at once, or of pulling fragmented product lines into a single coherent strategy.
- Comfort building for enterprise B2B customers — ideally in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or other frontline-heavy verticals.
- Experience turning employee listening data — surveys, sentiment, feedback — into shipped product decisions, not just dashboards.
- A bias for speed: product leadership experience in a resource-constrained, fast-growth environment, not only a large, well-staffed one.
- Sharp written and verbal communication — you'll represent product strategy to enterprise clients, prospects, and occasionally investors.
- Experience with gamification, recognition and rewards mechanics, or competition-based engagement features.
- Experience serving hourly, shift-based, or deskless workforces specifically.
- Product leadership through a fundraising or high-growth stage.
- Familiarity with the employee super app or unified frontline platform category.
