About Harri
It's a great time to join Harri as we revolutionize the hospitality industry with our cutting-edge technology solutions for workforce management. We're an innovative, high-growth company with a global presence, dedicated to building strong partnerships and delivering measurable value to our customers.
Harri is the workforce operating system built for hospitality. We help restaurant, hotel, and multi-unit operators hire, schedule, engage, and pay their frontline workforce all from one platform. Our customers span quick-service, fast casual, casual dining, fine dining, and coffee/cafe brands, including some of the largest names in restaurants - both corporate and franchises. We're in the middle of an AI-first transformation of our go-to-market motion, and this role sits right at the center of it.
We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Business Development Representative (BDR) role to ensure the generation of qualified pipeline across our restaurant vertical. You will serve as an outbound prospecting driver and a trusted partner to marketing and sales, playing a key role in sourcing 40% of total company pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating net-new sales pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating Pipeline: Execute a mixed motion (70% self-sourced outbound, 30% inbound MQLs) across full-service and limited-service restaurant operators, multi-unit groups, and franchise organizations.
- Executing Prospecting Cadences: Maintain 250–350 total touches per week (50–70/day via phone, email, and LinkedIn) across 60–80 unique accounts per week.
- Leveraging AI Tools: Utilize modern sales tech (Clay, Artisan AI, Gong) to build AI-assisted outbound workflows, personalize outreach at scale, and spot buying signals.
- Qualifying & Booking: Qualify prospects against Harri’s ICP and book meetings for Account Executives to achieve 12+ qualified meetings booked and held per month.
- Maintaining CRM Hygiene: Drive clean, disciplined, and reliable pipeline data within Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and cadences.
More About You: What Can You Bring?
We are looking for an individual who is organized, CRM-disciplined, and comfortable owning their own pipeline with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting and pipeline quotas. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:
- 1+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound-focused sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS (exceptional candidates with less experience but strong drive will be considered).
- Sharp, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle cold calls and write non-templated sequences.
- Comfort with (or a strong interest in) using AI tools to drive outbound efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep CRM data clean and trustworthy.
- Genuine interest in learning the restaurant/hospitality operator landscape and growing into an Account Executive (AE) role.
When and Where You'll Be Doing It
This is a full-time position based out of our New York Office. The salary range for this position is $68,000–$73,000 (USD), depending on experience.
What Will You Get in Return?
Creating an environment which enables our people to thrive is crucial for us. Harri offers a comprehensive compensation structure designed to support you throughout your career here. You'll get:
- Competitive salary within the stated range.
- The opportunity to drive critical projects for a high-growth, innovative company.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
