By connecting with leading platforms like MailChimp, Quickbooks Online, DonorSearch, and other best-in-class tools, Humanitru replaces legacy CRMs and eliminates data silos, giving nonprofits a unified view of their supporters and operations.
We're hiring a BDR to generate pipeline in a protected territory. You'll prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings that our Account Executives close.
What You'll Do
- Book 20 qualified meetings per month with nonprofit decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts and tailor messaging to prospect needs
- Pass detailed context to AEs for smooth handoffs
- Travel to industry conferences to represent Humanitru
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging
Compensation
- Base: $50K
- Commission: $$ per qualified meeting booked + % of sourced revenue when deals close
- OTE: $70K at quota (uncapped upside)
- Protected territory
Requirements
- 1+ years in sales, BDR, or business development (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organized with a systematic approach to prospecting
- Genuinely interested in helping nonprofits succeed
