Design and ship the AI agents that run Klinic's clinical and operational workflows, from access automation to provider onboarding and billing.What you'll do:- Build, evaluate, and deploy LLM-based agents in production- Design tools, retrieval, and guardrails for reliable agent behavior- Partner with ops and clinical teams to automate real workflows- Own evaluation and continuous improvement of agent qualityWhat we're looking for:- Strong software engineering fundamentals- Hands-on experience building with LLMs / agent frameworks- Pragmatism about reliability, evals, and safety- Bonus: healthcare or regulated-domain experience
