The Customer Support and Success team is the face of the Locals, the team sitting in the front line. ⚡️
We are very passionate about protecting our community and providing timely, empathetic support. The team’s top priority is to build an authentic, equitable, and respectful community where everyone feels safe and sound.
We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our Customer Support and Success team to help with the growing workload and contribute to the further development of our Locals growth. You will report to the Customer Success Lead.
As part of our team, you will
Be the face of Locals and provide friendly, personal, and efficient customer support via the Locals app and Zendesk.
Process incoming applications to join Locals, and watch out for scammers and violators.
Monitor and moderate user-generated content across the platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and maintain a safe, respectful environment for all members.
Document user feedback for further analysis
Help solve member issues and report any technical issues promptly for resolution
Stay up-to-date on product changes in order to understand user pain points and help them troubleshoot their concerns
Outreach potential creators and influencers
Work 5-days week with the following schedule: 4 PM to 12 AM GMT
What we are looking for
Fluent in written English
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a desire to help people
Growth mindset and ability to improvise
Positive can-do attitude and flexibility
If you have some relevant knowledge and experience, it is simply great! But we are willing to teach you everything :)
