Job Responsibilities:

● Define and execute the product roadmap for the Astro category, aligning with overall business objectives.

● Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to bring innovative Astro products to market.

● Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Astro domain.

● Gather and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve features and user satisfaction.

● Champion the user experience and ensure that products meet or exceed user expectations.

● Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and inform further product iterations.

● Stay updated with industry trends in Astro to inform product strategy and market positioning.

● Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the product team to address challenges effectively.

Necessary -

● 1+ years of experience as a product manager, particularly in technology or startups.

● Knowledge of the Astro domain and related technologies.

● Strong understanding of product management principles and lifecycle.

● Excellent analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

● Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Experience in gathering customer feedback and applying it to product enhancements.

● Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.

Good to have -

● Previous experience in launching innovative products or services.

● Familiarity with user testing methodologies and analytics tools.
