● Expertise in editing for short-form and mid-length videos (reels, promos, social media ads)
● Understanding of visual hooks, pacing, and storytelling rhythm
● Ability to match edits with platform behavior — fast cuts, high engagement moments, retention tactics
● Strong grasp of color grading, text animations, and sound design to enhance storytelling
● Knowledge of ad metrics — understanding what kind of edits boost CTR and completion rates
● Ability to work closely with writers and creative leads for seamless execution of concepts
