We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in startups and will play a key role in supporting our dynamic workforce. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies, drive employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Integration:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop onboarding plans that set up new employees for success.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Drive a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular pulse surveys and collaborate with leadership to address key engagement areas.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights into key HR metrics like attrition, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics for the leadership team.
  • Use data to forecast workforce trends and recommend solutions to potential HR issues.
  • Employer Value Proposition (EVP):
  • Develop and promote Lokal App's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to ensure the EVP is consistently communicated internally and externally.
  • Organize initiatives to strengthen Lokal App's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.

Learning and Development (L&D):

  • Create and execute learning and development programs that support career growth and align with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and identify development opportunities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as necessary.
  • Employee Relations & Culture Building:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, offering guidance on HR policies, employee relations issues, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Lokal App's core values.
  • Mediate and resolve employee concerns in a fair and consistent manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a startup environment.
    • Proven experience in onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR analytics.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR data and reporting.
    • Experience in developing and implementing EVP strategies.
      Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

      Preferred:

    • Experience in hyper growth startups or scaling organizations.
    • Knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.
