We’re looking for a strategic problem solver who thrives on data, enjoys ambiguity, and wants to drive meaningful impact on the supply side of a fast-growing product.

What You’ll Own

Supply Availability & Performance

• Ensure supply matches PDAU needs
• Track: Active Hosts %, Call Pick-up Rate, Talk Time, Retention
  

Strategy & Execution

• Plan (40%) and run (60%) experiments to improve supply-side metrics.
• Build frameworks for quality checks and auditing.

You’re a Fit If You Have

• 1+ year in consulting,strategy/business ops, founders office or revenue strategy role
• Strong data skills — from retrieval to insight
• Team handling experience with KPI ownership
• Engineering or MBA from a top-tier college

• Startup experience
• MBA from a reputed institute
