About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Business Manager to lead the identification of our next monetizable use case, build supply from the ground up, and take complete ownership of revenue and P&L in the long run. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, perfect for someone eager to take bold bets, experiment rapidly, and drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market sizing, experimentation, and strategic planning to identify new monetizable use cases and launch strategies.
  • Build operational and supply-side processes from scratch.
  • Own revenue forecasting, gross margin tracking, and cost analysis.
  • Devise pricing strategies, discounting mechanisms, and initiatives to maximize revenue and optimize costs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following roles:
    • Founder's Office
    • Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
    • Product Management
    • Consulting
    • Strategy

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data retrieval and analysis.
  • Startup experience is a strong plus.
  • B.Tech or MBA from a Tier I institute is preferred.
