Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join the Dostt team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and supporting hosts on the platform. You will play a critical role in expanding and nurturing our host community by building relationships, driving onboarding efforts, and ensuring hosts are set up for success on Dostt.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a persuasive approach, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts to introduce Dostt and its opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and onboard quality hosts who align with platform guidelines and community standards.
- Follow up on leads generated through sourcing channels, referrals, campaigns, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts throughout their journey on the platform.
- Educate hosts about platform features, policies, monetization opportunities, and best practices.
- Train and support newly onboarded hosts to ensure successful activation and engagement.
- Provide timely assistance and resolve host queries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of host interactions, onboarding status, and daily activities in internal systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding, activation, and engagement targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth host onboarding, retention, and community growth.
- Stay updated on platform updates, host requirements, operational processes, and promotional initiatives.
- Gather host feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve host experience and platform engagement.App.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and English (Must be fluent in read, write & speak)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, creator onboarding, or service partner acquisition will be an added advantage.
