Locations Supported 🌍

This role will be hybrid if in one of our hubs, and will require you to spend some portion of your time in our office in one of these locations.

About The Opportunity ✍️

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be the driving force behind building and nurturing strategic relationships with payment processors, financial institutions, and key industry partners. Your role is essential in expanding our payment solutions, ensuring we provide secure, scalable, and user-friendly services to our global customer base.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and foster relationships with existing and new payment processors, financial institutions, and other relevant partners to enhance our payment offerings.

  • Spearhead commercials and maintain governance over partnership agreements, creating win-win situations and supporting MoonPay’s long term growth.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, regularly assessing and reporting on the success and ROI of partnerships.

  • Work with the MoonPay executive team and a cross-functional group of stakeholders (product, engineering, data, compliance, legal, finance and operations) to spearhead business readiness for new opportunities and optimizing existing payment methods.

You have a strong background in payments, with a track record of successfully managing global payments partnerships and growing revenue at scale.

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years proven experience collaborating with key players in the payments industry, including global card networks, acquirers, and issuers, with a deep understanding of the intricate vendor relationships that power electronic payments.

  • The ideal candidate will also have experience in understand the end to end payments landscape, including relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Experience in the crypto or blockchain space is preferred but not required.

  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems.

  • Strong relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
