We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation.

The Role:
To manage the Promoter program from the brand side and to drive sellouts at all promoter stores.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the promoter program end-to-end
- Hiring of key personnel
- Driving sellouts through Team leads and promoters
- Target setting for the month
- Planning Incentive structure for the team
- Controlling attrition
- Managing the agency and its payouts
- Sellout reports - Daily, weekly & monthly
What we are looking for:
- Qualification - Masters degree
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in a similar domain.
- Should have experience in the telecom industry
