We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). The Role:
To enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the sales team (Sellout Team) by providing them with the necessary product information, skills, knowledge, and tools.
What you’ll do:
- Training Design: Designing and implementing comprehensive training modules. This involves creating both physical and digital educational materials, such as product training decks, competition benchmarking, product comparators, videos, and case studies.
- Delivery of Training sessions: Conducting interactive training sessions - on-the-job, classroom, and store staff training.
- Customer experience: Training of the team on driving customer experience at retail stores for the brand.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate/Master's degree
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in a similar domain.
- Should have experience in the telecom industry
