We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with demonstrated autonomous UAE experience encompassing Admin HR, and facilities oversight.

The position manages a team of around ten, in this highly corporate, boutique office with the role encompassing diverse responsibilities, managing the general administration function and operational effectiveness as it supports the continued growth of the business. The role will report to the general manager in the Dubai office and the Head of People.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the connection of the company's globalized office management.
  • Focus on local organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures.
  • Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streaming administrative procedures, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; booking travel; maintaining file systems; mailing and shipping packages; and updating contacts database and employee lists
  • Liaison with relevant jurisdictions on and offshore regarding licensing and health & safety requirements, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience.
  • Immigration affairs.
  • Respond to requests and questions about office operations.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven UAE experience, in a broad-based role with exceptional English ability, and strong, independent thinkers.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and Human Resources is must with thorough knowledge of Visa/Work Permits and Termination Processes
  • Excellent administrative ability and full proficiency in MS Office coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards is required.
  • With strong proactivity, good organizational skills, and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask with exemplary time management skills is paramount as is strong interpersonal skills.
  • Corporate appearance and immaculate presentation are key in representing this amazing office and its business.
