The Role:
The Head of HRBP will lead a seasoned team of 4-5 HR Business Partners providing comprehensive HR advisory and support services to the business across various countries. This strategic role requires the incumbent to maintain a deep understanding of the talent landscape and market dynamics, thus facilitating the alignment of Human Resources and business strategies with organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver top-tier HR support and services in alignment with global strategies.
- Serve as a key advisor to the business, developing a nuanced understanding of their talent requirements and market challenges.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) to enhance HC planning, total rewards tactics, performance management systems, retention initiatives, talent development, and succession planning.
- Drive robust strategies to solidify the company’s talent foundation and forecast long-term developmental needs.
- Actively participate and propose strategic directions in the senior HR leadership, contributing to wide-ranging initiatives encompassing talent programs, performance management programs, employee engagement surveys, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee well-being, and culture enhancement.
- Leverage the newly implemented HR Information System (Hi-Bob) for comprehensive data analysis and deliver data-driven insights to inform and improve business decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Possesses 16-20 years of regional HR experience in sizable multinational organisations.
- Comes with reputed industry experience in consumer tech, engineering, manufacturing, or related technical fields.
- Exhibits a tangible track record of conceiving and executing successful HR initiatives specifically in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
- Demonstrates expertise as a formidable HRBP known for a strong business acumen, exceptional influencing abilities, and analytical skills.
- Offers excellent communication, presentation, and numerical competencies.
- Is bilingual or multilingual with fluency in English and Mandarin
