About the Role
As Senior Campaign Manager, your mission is to drive the commercial success of the Nothing product line in India by leading fully integrated, insight-driven marketing campaigns - from pre-launch through to lifecycle. You’ll ensure relevance to local audiences, generate demand, and bring best-in-class execution across channels.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with precision and creativity, and is eager to build a disruptive technology brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC)
- Own campaigns end-to-end: pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle.
- Ensure all touchpoints (paid, owned, earned) feel connected and consistent.
- Drive alignment across functions - PR, Social, Paid Media, Retail, and others - to keep workstreams coordinated and timelines on track.
- Continuously improve workflows and handovers across teams to maximize efficiency.
Define Local Product & Launch Strategy
- Adapt global product positioning and messaging for the Indian market.
- Define the India GTM plan: timing, messaging, channel strategy, and execution roadmap in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Oversee Creative Briefing & Asset Delivery
- Write and manage creative briefs for all phases - from hero films to PDPs, channel banners, and social content.
- Work with in-house creatives and agencies to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure assets are optimized for each platform and align with campaign messaging.
Campaign Budget & Performance Management
- Own the full campaign budget, tracking spend and ROI.
- Use data and insights to shape plans and make informed optimizations throughout the campaign cycle.
- Report performance regularly, with a strong focus on learnings and continuous improvement.
Channel Marketing
- Act as the primary marketing lead for channel partners.
- Align on campaign timelines, promotional windows, co-branded assets, and content rollout.
- Ensure our products are well-represented and maximized across all key partner platforms at critical moments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in integrated marketing campaign management, ideally within tech, consumer electronics, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Strong grasp of the full marketing mix and how to orchestrate it effectively across campaign phases.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset - able to drive business performance and work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a high bar for creative execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to bring clarity and direction to teams.
- Experience working with limited budgets and maximizing impact through efficiency and creativity.
