The Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Social and Content Manager to lead our local presence on X, Instagram, and TikTok in Spain. This person will shape the brand’s narrative in the Spanish market, grow our local following, and turn insights into impactful content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the Spanish market, focusing on increasing brand visibility and user engagement across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Create and publish engaging, on-brand content tailored to the Spanish audience — including short-form videos, imagery, and copy.
- Localize and amplify global campaigns and product launches on Spanish channels.
- Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments — and spot opportunities for Nothing to join the conversation.
- Collaborate with influencer, PR, community, and paid media teams to align storytelling and audience targeting.
- Report on performance regularly and iterate based on analytics and insights.
- Act as the brand voice on social, responding to comments and building genuine engagement with our audience.
- Support local events and product launches through content creation and on-site coverage.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience managing social media channels for consumer-facing brands (ideally in tech, lifestyle, or fashion).
- Native-level fluency in Spanish and strong working proficiency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and X — both as a user and as a marketer.
- Hands-on experience with short-form content creation, particularly vertical video formats.
- Experience with mobile editing apps and basic design tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
- Strong writing skills and an intuitive sense for tone and timing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
- Based in Spain, with preference for Madrid or Barcelona, and availability for occasional in-person events or content shoots.
