Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth
1- Lead end-to-end demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels.
2- Build integrated digital-first campaigns that drive measurable growth in awareness, consideration, and conversion.
3- Partner with sales and channel teams to deliver go-to-market activations that accelerate pipeline and revenue.
4- Balance brand-building and performance marketing to maximize ROI.

Localization & Cultural Relevance
1- Adapt global product communications into Central Asia and culturally nuanced narratives that resonate with Central Asian audiences.
2- Identify and tap into regional trends, creators, and digital subcultures to make campaigns authentic and impactful.
3- Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships across tech, fashion, music, and lifestyle to amplify reach.

Cross-Functional Leadership
1- Act as the regional voice within the global marketing structure — bringing local insights into product marketing and GTM discussions.
2- Collaborate with brand, PR, social, and creative teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
3- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team and agency network.

Measurement & Insights
1- Define and track regional KPIs across awareness, demand generation, and conversion.
2- Leverage data and cultural insights to optimize campaigns in real time.
3- Provide structured feedback to global teams to inform future positioning and campaign strategy.

Requirements
1- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a regional role within Turkey.
2- Proven success in digital-first B2C marketing — ideally within consumer tech, mobile, or fast-growth brands.
3- Fluency in Russian(written & spoken) is a must; English fluency is required.
4- Deep understanding of Central Asian consumer behavior, culture, and digital ecosystems (social platforms, influencers, regional media).
5- Track record of delivering high-impact, ROI-driven campaigns in fast-paced environments.
6- Strong experience in influencer/creator marketing, demand generation, and integrated campaign management.
7- Collaborative leader with experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
8- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and adaptable — comfortable operating with speed and ambiguity.
