The Role
The Talent Acquisition team is the strategic engine driving Nothing’s rapid growth across key global markets. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in expanding our operations in a region where our brand has seen extraordinary success. We’re still in the early stages of building our core hiring infrastructure, which means this role offers a great opportunity to move beyond execution and actively design, implement, and own the processes that will define our future TA function. You won’t just execute our current strategy; you will be instrumental in building the hiring engine that enables our next phase of company-wide scaling, making your impact immediate and substantial.
What you'll do
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for critical corporate functions (G&A, Growth, and Marketing) across the India region, ensuring alignment with global headcount plans and ambitious business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive and senior hiring stakeholders, guiding them on effective hiring strategies, streamlined candidate evaluations, market intelligence, and talent engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities and spearhead the implementation of enhancements to our existing talent acquisition processes, contributing directly to the design of a scalable, full-service hiring model.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent, effectively tapping into previously unexplored talent markets and building robust, diverse pipelines.
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, presenting data-driven progress reports and insights to business leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience you'll need to be successful
- A minimum of six years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, gained within a high-growth technology or rapidly scaling start-up environment with global recruitment exposure.
- Exceptional ability to manage and influence executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating strong consulting skills and a capacity to drive hiring initiatives forward with initiative and autonomy.
- Proven track record of success in hiring across diverse corporate functions, including General & Administrative (G&A), Marketing, Sales, and Leadership roles.
- A solutions-driven mindset and agility in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrable ability to handle high-volume pipelines while maintaining focus on candidate quality.
- Deep understanding and clear commitment to delivering a world-class candidate experience and implementing equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
A nice to have: Experience working as part of an international or cross-border Talent Acquisition team.
