What you'll do

  • Strategically align our people plan with the International Growth team's objectives, acting as a true co-pilot to the senior leadership.

  • Design and deliver practical, high-impact people strategies, focusing on organisational capability, talent mapping, and development for our international teams.

  • Coach and guide leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from performance management and development to navigating complex employee relations matters with care and compliance.

  • Optimise people policies and processes in partnership with our Regional HR and People Operations teams to ensure global consistency and a brilliant, efficient employee experience.

  • Proactively gather and analyse external market data and talent insights to advise the business on competitive advantage and future-proofing our growth in new regions.

What you can bring to the team

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced, multinational company, ideally supporting tech or international growth functions.

  • Proven ability to assess organisational capabilities, map key talent, and design effective people development strategies from scratch.

  • A commercial and strategic mindset that allows you to translate business goals into measurable and impactful HR actions.

  • An expert grasp of leadership and team management skills, enabling you to effectively coach and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must, and a genuinely friendly, adaptable approach to working with diverse global teams.
