Our next chapter is focused on the Growth function: building Nothing's brand, reputation, and commercial teams in influential, fast-moving markets, starting with South-East Asia and an initial focus on Thailand.

What you'll do:

You'll be the first People Partner on the ground in our new Bangkok hub, moving fast to build the core commercial teams and the essential people infrastructure that will make our launch a success. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role.

  • Be the strategic co-pilot to the VP of Growth and local commercial leaders, translating our ambitious regional expansion and go-to-market plans into tangible, high-impact People strategy and organisational design.

  • Own the entire local talent management cycle for the Bangkok office, from workforce planning and recruitment for high-priority commercial and retail roles to performance and engagement for a new, small team.

  • Ensure flawless operational execution and local compliance by liaising with the global People Operations team on everything from local labour law compliance and new-hire administration to managing a positive, seamless onboarding experience.

  • Coach and advise local managers on all people issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, maintaining an open and productive workplace culture.

  • Translate people metrics into business insights for the Growth leadership, analysing trends in engagement, performance, and retention to develop targeted, data-backed solutions that scale our growth.

What we're looking for:

We need someone who is Human and Direct, a Challenger-Minded generalist who can work independently and make decisions that drive our growth.

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Advisor, HR Manager, or mid-level HR Business Partner, ideally within the fast-paced consumer electronics or high-growth tech sector.

  • Demonstrable expertise in Thai labour law and practical experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including compensation, performance management, and complex employee relations.

  • A strong generalist profile with the ability to comfortably operate across strategic partnering and hands-on operational duties, building HR infrastructure from scratch in a new entity.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to advise and guide both local managers and remote, senior global leaders across different time zones.

  • Highly independent, action-oriented, and resilient—you thrive in an ambiguous environment, own the end-to-end delivery of projects, and are comfortable being the sole People expert on the ground.
