The Role:
We are looking for a commercially minded, energised, driven and results-orientated Sales Manager for the Taiwan market. The right candidate will be a successful leader with multi-channel management experience and a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market, having built key connections at the highest level with e-tailers, retailers, operators, and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the sales target achievement, build and drive sales strategy to effectively Go-To-Market, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives in the Taiwan market
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major channels. Develop differentiated joint business plans which deliver upon our shared objectives with key partners
- Be an expert in understanding carrier businesses to identify strategic opportunities, maintain an excellent relationship with the carriers at the executive and operational levels and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a productive alliance and achieve mutual strategic outcomes
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new partners
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to the business
- Monitor sales trends of key performance metrics, mastermind, and implement promotion plans and strategies with the channels
- Keep track and be aware of competitors' activities, account history, and emerging trends, and understand how to create and capitalise on opportunities
- Think outside the box, and develop and maintain strong internal & external stakeholder relationships to ensure success
Requirements:
- 8+ years of account management and sales leadership experience in consumer technology categories
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships. Build, lead and manage highly productive sales channels to deliver against objectives
- Commercial skills include setting optimal commercial structures and negotiating terms and contracts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great attention to detail
- Advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills with both internal and external parties
- Passionate, ambitious, self-starter, solution- and result oriented
- Fluent in English
