The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Media Planning Manager to join our team in Bangkok. Reporting to the Head of Marketing SEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, engagement, and sales across Southeast Asia. This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership—with a strong focus on omni-channel performance, innovation and local relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for Southeast Asia, aligned with global brand direction and local business objectives.
  • Lead performance marketing across key global and local platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Grab and Line, and emerging channels—optimising for ROI, user acquisition, and retention.
  • Act as the key liaison for marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), overseeing channel marketing, promotions, and performance in collaboration with sales and e-commerce teams.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to localise campaigns and digital assets for the Southeast Asia audience.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor stakeholders and agency partners to ensure excellence in execution and continuous improvement.
  • Experiment with new tools, technologies, and platforms to keep Nothing at the forefront of digital marketing in the tech and lifestyle space.
  • Develop and integrate Out-of-Home (OOH) media plans in Thailand as part of broader omni-channel campaigns, ensuring synergy with digital efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role—preferably within tech, lifestyle, or consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital consumer behaviour in Southeast Asia.
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing marketplace platform marketing (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
  • Knowledge of integrated media planning, including OOH, TV, or radio, within the Thai market.
  • Established relationships with local media vendors, platforms, or agencies in Southeast Asia.
