About Noxus
Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor.
Enterprise AI is no longer constrained only by models, data, or compute. The harder problem is execution: how AI work runs inside an organization alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.
Noxus helps regulated enterprises redesign and operate complex business processes with AI workers. These workers read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
We sit above process mining, workflow tooling, RPA, and agent builders. Noxus provides a governed execution layer for work carried out across people, AI agents, and existing enterprise systems.
Our customers span financial services, manufacturing, utilities, government, and other process-intensive industries. We have customers live in production, strong market pull, and an opportunity to define how enterprise work is redesigned for the age of AI.
The role
We are hiring an AI Strategist to help enterprise leaders determine where and how AI should transform their operations.
This is a client-facing strategy role at the centre of our go-to-market motion. You will partner with Account Executives, founders, Product, and Delivery to guide customers from broad AI ambitions to specific process opportunities, credible business cases, and clear paths to production.
You will lead discovery, analyse how complex operations work today, identify where AI labor creates meaningful value, and develop future-state process designs and transformation roadmaps.
You will also develop a strong technical understanding of the Noxus platform and help translate its capabilities into customer solutions, certification programmes, platform documentation, and enablement materials.
This is not a demo-led or purely technical role. It is suited to someone with a consulting or transformation background who can advise senior stakeholders while engaging credibly with AI platforms, enterprise architecture, integrations, and implementation constraints.
What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions and transformation workshops with operations, technology, AI, risk, and executive stakeholders
- Map current processes across teams, systems, documents, controls, approvals, exceptions, and handoffs
- Identify and prioritise the processes where AI can create the greatest operational and commercial impact
- Develop future-state process designs, operating models, use-case roadmaps, business cases, and deployment strategies
- Partner with Account Executives throughout complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial discovery to stakeholder alignment and solution agreement
- Work with Product and Delivery to shape technically credible solutions across AI agents, integrations, data flows, controls, and deployment environments
- Help build the Noxus certification programme for partners, customers, and deployment teams
- Create and maintain platform documentation, solution guides, reference materials, and enablement content
- Translate customer and partner insight into improvements across our product, positioning, sales motion, and deployment approach
What we are looking for
- 3 to 7 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, operations transformation, enterprise AI, or a related field
- Experience analysing and redesigning complex business processes or operating models
- Practical exposure to AI, automation, enterprise software, or data-driven transformation programmes
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn detailed analysis into clear recommendations
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, transformation, risk, and compliance
- Technical fluency across AI systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, orchestration, enterprise architecture, and deployment models
- Ability to understand a complex platform and explain its capabilities, constraints, and technical trade-offs clearly
- Experience creating executive recommendations, process maps, business cases, roadmaps, documentation, or training materials
- Strong workshop facilitation, written communication, and commercial judgement
- High ownership, low ego, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment
Experience in financial services, insurance, lending, payments, manufacturing, utilities, government, process mining, automation, or enterprise AI would be particularly relevant.
Why join Noxus

- Develop deep expertise in a complex enterprise AI platform
- Work across strategy, customers, product, commercial execution, certification, and enablement
- Partner directly with founders and senior leaders across the company
- Shape how Noxus identifies, designs, and scales enterprise AI deployments
