We are looking for a Director of Strategic Pricing & Finance to join our growing team. This person will need to be a tactical leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and management tools across our portfolio. Your main focus will be on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and increasing market share across all our Business Units (BUs).
How you’ll make an impact:
Collaborate with leadership to translate brand strategy into a pricing roadmap, providing strategic thought leadership on revenue growth and margin management initiatives.
Ensure the availability of appropriate tools, systems, and data/insights to strengthen Odeko's pricing strategy leadership across categories, customers, and consumers.
Develop playbooks to execute pricing strategies for BUs, customers, and channels, establishing clear guardrails to drive pricing decisions.
Lead the development of KPIs/dashboards to monitor pricing execution, enabling leadership to understand outcomes and their impact on financial results.
Monitor and analyze external market conditions, including competitive pricing, data, trends, and opportunities across categories and customer/channel segments.
Consult with BU leaders and cross-functional partners on Price Pack Architecture (PPA) recommendations, providing internal/external benchmarking, opportunity sizing, and pricing inputs for AOP and Strategic Planning.
Attract, retain, and develop team members, fostering a problem-solving team culture that drives impactful results.
Conduct ongoing analytics on base and promotional pricing, as well as ad-hoc pricing and promotional analytics as needed.
7+ years of strategic pricing leadership experience in a fast-paced CPG or similar environment, with a proven track record of developing pricing architecture that drives positive business results, consumer and customer orientation.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, capable of constructing and communicating fact-based narratives that synthesize complex business problems into clear and compelling outcomes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels to set agendas, gain buy-in, and drive action in a matrixed environment.
Ability to multitask and adapt strategic thinking in high-pressure situations and dynamic environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and financial/P&L acumen
This is an L6 Director role. Compensation is between $150,000 - $175,000
