We are looking for a dynamic and versatile leader to join our Strategy & Operations team as the Senior Manager, Marketplace Operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the Supply side of our business, including Digital Reporter and Transcription operations, shaping our marketplace strategy, and managing its overall P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital reporter and transcription operations, overseeing the two lines of business and ensuring overall marketplace efficiency.
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic growth and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Improve operational processes and protocols to ensure seamless scheduling, quality service delivery, and lean operations.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success to build a comprehensive service and product for our customers.
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community within our gig platform, continuously nurturing relationships, managing communications, delivering training and driving user engagement.
- Manage and mentor an internal team of 4 strategic operators.
- Oversee quality assurance, including goal setting, metrics development, and scalable feedback loops.
- Analyze our operations through the lens of data, running experiments and monitoring company performance.
- Develop forecasting models to adequately staff supply to meet fluctuating demand.
- Lead and execute expansion efforts into new states. Develop compliance frameworks tailored to each region’s regulatory landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within a fast-growth, operationally-intensive company.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Polished communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills - you excel at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proven track record of successful P&L management.
