You will work closely with our development and product teams to create user-friendly technical documentation, including API guides, developer tutorials, and user manuals. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for our payment products and services.
• Translate complex information into clear and concise content that is easy to understand and follow.
• Create API guides, developer tutorials, user manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all documentation, following company style and formatting guidelines.
• Revise and update documentation as needed to reflect product updates and changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve documentation.
