The Role:

The Revenue Analyst is a strategic and analytical role on the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting Peek’s revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, Success, & Support) with revenue / pipeline modeling, forecasting, comprehensive quota management, and the development of innovative compensation strategies. This role demands a proactive leader who collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Modeling & Forecasting:

    • Develop and refine revenue models encompassing new and existing business to inform strategic decisions and guide team progress.

    • Lead weekly forecast calls for new and existing business with Sales and Success leadership.

    • Collaborate with Finance/BizOps to align revenue models and business objectives.

  2. Compensation and Quota Design:

    • Design and implement robust sales compensation plans that align with company goals and motivate revenue teams.

    • Set and adjust quotas based on market analysis and company performance.

    • Oversee the end-to-end process of commission calculations and ensure timely and accurate payouts.

  3. Strategic Analysis:

    • Monitor revenue team performance and provide strategic recommendations based on in-depth data analysis to revenue leaders, Finance/BizOps, and stakeholders.

    • Lead analyses to evaluate potential impacts of different go-to-market strategies and compensation models.

    • Partner with Finance/BizOps on ad-hoc deep dive analysis.

  4. Advanced Reporting and Data Management:

    • Spearhead the development of sophisticated reporting systems using tools like SFDC, SPIFF, Tableau, Looker, Gong, Atrium and other tools to provide actionable insights for revenue leaders.

    • Work with RevOps, BI, and DataOps teams to enhance data integrity and accessibility, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decisions through comprehensive data management.

  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Act as a key liaison between Finance/BizOps, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support leadership to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives.

    • Facilitate effective communication and reporting across departments to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 4-5 years of experience in revenue operations, or related roles, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

  • Expert proficiency in data analysis and revenue/pipeline modeling.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Experience with Asana, SPIFF, Looker, and Tableau is highly preferred.

We are a fully remote company. This position can sit in the US, Mexico, or Canada
