The Role:

We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to lead the development, testing, and optimization of marketing creative across multiple brands and across both paid and organic channels. This role blends performance marketing expertise with hands-on content creation and community engagement, ensuring each brand’s voice and audience strategy is reflected in high-performing content. You leverage AI tools to scale winning creative concepts across a portfolio of brands.

You obsess over the voice of the customer. You work hard to understand the needs and challenges that operators and merchants face in order to create content that goes a level deeper to meet the objectives of small business owners looking to grow and automate their businesses.

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

Creative Asset Production

  • Produce and launch 10–15 new ad creatives per week using AI-driven workflows and creative agents.

  • Develop high-performing hooks, messaging, and visual concepts optimized for paid media platforms.

  • Rapidly iterate on creative variations to identify winning combinations of messaging, format, and audience targeting.

Vertical Video Creation

  • Create and edit 1–2 vertical videos per week optimized for paid performance channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

  • Ensure videos are designed for scroll-stopping engagement within the first few seconds.

Creative Testing & Optimization

  • Lead ongoing creative testing initiatives across platforms to improve campaign performance.

  • Analyze results and iterate quickly to drive improvements in efficiency and scale.

  • Maintain a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) under $200 through testing and optimization.

Organic Social Content

Social Publishing

  • Manage posting across organic social platforms

Content & Community Management

  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while fostering authentic engagement and audience growth.

Social Listening

  • Monitor social platforms to identify trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities for content engagement.

  • Surface insights to inform both organic content and paid creative strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Social Media

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and creative testing for digital advertising.

  • Strong expertise in short-form video and vertical content formats.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative and test rapidly.

  • Deep understanding of viral content mechanics, hooks, and audience psychology.

  • Experience using AI tools for creative production, ideation, and workflow automation.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative experimentation to performance metrics.

  • English is our business language, full proficiency is required
